Eyelash extensions are individual synthetic lashes — finer and more curved than a strip lash — bonded one at a time to your own lashes with a medical-grade adhesive. Because the extension is attached to a single natural lash, nothing tugs on the lash line, and the look grows out gradually with your natural lash cycle rather than all at once.
The difference between Classic, Hybrid and Volume sets isn't the lashes themselves — it's the ratio. A Classic set bonds one extension to one natural lash. Russian Volume hand-makes a fan of two to four ultra-fine lashes per single natural lash. Mega goes wider still. The natural lash is doing the same job in every set; only the density above it changes.

A careful five-step ritual — about 45 minutes to an hour for most full sets, longer for Mega Volume.

Consultation & lash map
We talk through length, curl and density — the look you're after, your lifestyle, and your eye shape — and chart a lash map: shorter inner, longer over the iris, with a soft taper at the outer edge.

Cleanse & isolate
Your lashes are gently cleansed of any makeup, oil or residue. Lower lashes are taped down with a soft pad so the upper lashes can be isolated one at a time.

Application
Each extension — or hand-made fan, for volume sets — is dipped in adhesive and bonded to a single isolated natural lash. We work eye-to-eye, building density evenly across the lash line.

Setting & checking
Once every lash is placed, the adhesive cures. We comb through with a soft brush to check there are no stuck-together lashes, and adjust where needed.

Aftercare brief
You'll get a small lash brush and a written aftercare card. We talk through the first 24 hours, daily cleansing, and when you're due for your refill.

To get the most from your lashes
First 24 hours
Keep them dry and avoid steam, saunas, and hot showers — the adhesive needs a full day to fully cure.
Cleanse daily
Use a foaming lash cleanser and a soft brush from the lash line outward — clean lashes hold extensions twice as long.
Skip oil-based products
Oils break down the adhesive. Avoid oil-based cleansers, makeup removers and creams around the eye area.
Don't pick or pull
If a lash twists or feels off, brush it back into place — never pluck. Pulling lifts the natural lash with the extension.
Refill at 2–3 weeks
Lashes shed naturally. A refill replaces what you've lost and tops up density — so the look stays fresh, not patchy.

Not when they're applied properly. Each extension is bonded to a single natural lash with a medical-grade adhesive, so nothing tugs on the lash line. The damage we see almost always comes from rubbing, picking, or oil-based products dissolving the bond. Treat them gently and your natural lashes stay completely safe underneath.
Classic is one extension per natural lash — soft, defined, your-lashes-but-better. Hybrid mixes singles and fans for texture. Russian Volume is hand-made fans of two to ten ultra-fine extensions per natural lash, for a full, fluffy density. Mega Volume goes fuller again with the largest fans we make.
Extensions follow your natural lash growth cycle — a fresh set looks its best for around two to three weeks, and most clients are due for a refill by then. With routine refills you can keep the look indefinitely. A break of four to six weeks lets the cycle reset.
Around 45 minutes for a Classic set, 50 minutes for Classic Glamour, an hour for Hybrid or Russian Volume, and up to 1 hour 45 minutes for Mega Volume. Refills are shorter — typically 30 to 60 minutes depending on how many lashes need to be replaced.
A refill replaces the extensions you have lost since your last visit, cleans the remaining ones, and tops up density — the perfect refill is half taking off and half adding on. A fresh set starts from scratch, so it suits a longer break or a change of style.
If you have healthy natural lashes and want a low-maintenance look, yes. A lash lift curls your own lashes from the root and adds a tint for definition — no glue, no refills, no daily upkeep. It lasts four to six weeks and is a beautiful alternative to extensions.
Yes — after the first 24 hours, water is fine. Avoid oil-based cleansers, makeup removers and creams on the lash line, since oils break down the adhesive. Mascara isn't necessary and is best skipped. Gentle daily cleansing with a foam wash and a soft brush is all the upkeep needed.
Come with clean, makeup-free eyes — no mascara, no eyeliner, no oil-based moisturiser around the eye area. Skip caffeine right before if you can (it can make your eyes flutter, which slows the work). The application itself is restful — most clients drift off.
